Our Friends in Advocacy & Policy

NAEYC is a leading voice for high-quality early childhood education supported by a diverse, dynamic early childhood profession. Along with Americans of all political, geographic, and demographic backgrounds, we are coming together to demand investments in high-quality early childhood education and early childhood educators, because we know that will make America brighter, stronger, and more competitive.

4C for Children educates and support the adults—parents, child care providers, preschool teachers, early learning program administrators—who care for young children and prepare them for success in school and life. We also advocate for public support for quality early education and care for all children.

Action for Children is the local child care resource and referral agency for Central Ohio; serving Columbus and Franklin County, as well as Delaware, Fairfield, Licking, Madison, Pickaway, and Union Counties. We transform the lives of children by supporting, empowering, and advocating for the adults who make the biggest impact on children’s lives—their parents, caregivers and teachers.

Groundwork works to educate key decision makers in our state about the importance of quality, early learning and healthy development as the most transformative strategy to increase the life-long success of Ohio’s children and lay a strong foundation for economic prosperity in our state.

Learning Grove develops and supports innovative quality learning experiences that empower children, youth, and families across diverse communities. We envision a world where all children and youth reach their full potential, and all families thrive. Extraordinarily dedicated women and men innovate and advocate for our children, parents, and community. We work together as one, because when we are all invested in far-reaching, high-quality early childhood education, it lifts up the whole community.
